Centreless Grinding machine: by implementation of own concept in low cost machine, achieved high degree of Quality (Accuracy level of 0.001 mm Cylindricity in crank-pin Dia. 30 x 55 Length) by maintaining process capability of 1.67. This was a First machine developed by M/c manufacturer m/s Palmary, Taiwan.

Input and Output shaft assembly: is designed & operated with Single Piece Flow concept by sustaining defect free production.

Tool Life improvement is Implemented by using Internal Equpments of HT/ Sub-zero Teatment has eliminated TIN/ TICN/ Alcrona coating process of HSS cutting tools being used in the Machine shop.
