Prepare GRN and issue to Q.C department for quality check. Distribute GRN after clearance for Q.C dept and keep records for accepted materials in stock ledger and computerize on line.

Issue material against requirement of various departments against issue slips by following FIFO system, daily shortage list prepare for not available material against issue slips.

Dispensing of raw material as per requisition by the department & updating records for the same.

Maintain timely MIS Report.

Preparation & reconciliation of RGP/NRGP Challans for job work purpose & follow up.

Liaise with various departments within the organization and follow-up on outstanding stock and procurement issues.

Maintain appropriate stock that it should not be overflow and at the same time it should not be below requirement .

Responsible for managing the team, training them for the professional & work developments.

Awareness of ISO/TS 16949:2009.

Awareness of 5S, Kaizen & Poka Yoke.

Preparation of documents as per CGMP.

Preparation of monthly stock statement for account department.
