Coordinate with Management and Vendor for startup of Re-Cycle Gas Compressors (Type Single & two stages)

Fair Water system, Cooling Water Open and Close Loop systems, Service or Portable water system, Steam trap system and N2 system to be Commissioned as company planned.

Temporary and permanent blind list preparation for brownfield and attend SIMOPS meeting to clear the issues during Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up stage as per client requirement.

Preparation RFIs & ITRs to carry out and complete the Systems /Sub-Systems for the inspection and updating in IT tools (i.e. Petro-PCS, ICAPS) with engineering data. i.e.: equipment list, instrument list, cable schedule, line list.

With the discipline engineers and associated vendors, carry out functional tests of plant equipment and systems

Coordinate with client to start Lube oil charging and Seal Gas systems flushing/cleaning as per vendor procedures for the Compressors, Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Pumps.

Preparation of PSSR check list open points closing out report and check all systems are RFSU (Utilities and Process Systems).

Experience in Operation of Unit (PIB):

Shift Activities: Co-ordinate with Supervisors & Operators. Attend Troubleshooting in process systems from the help of process team & maintenance Deportment.

Control all parameters from the control room (DCS) systems communicate via Walkie-talkie.

Co-ordinate with upstream control room supervisor to receive feed & check readings to conform LPG consumed day-to-day in the shifts and also to cut the feed for emergency shutdown.

Monitoring and controlling of Process parameter as per Standard Operating Conditions and rectifying the Deviation in the Field.

Yokogawa CS 3000, INVENSYS DCS systems monitor and propose proactive corrective actions in consultation with Site-supervisors, Field Executives & Operators to ensure field actions accordingly.

MC, Pre-Com., Commissioning and Startup Operation activates completed with the co-ordination of Contractor and sub- Contractors.
