Café Manager/Executive Chef

Developed curriculum and implemented a full restaurant training program for people with employment barriers at Goodwill’s Corporate Workforce Development Center (WDC). This program served more than 300 employees and clients within WDC, as well as the public on a daily basis. Developed relationships with neighboring businesses to provide catering for various events. Was responsible for the entire operation of café, from hiring and training new employees, to ordering all food, beverages and supplies. Proficient in P&L statements and budget writing. Worked closely with VP of Human Services to guide the Food Services Department through the annual budget process.
