PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

2009-Present Finance Director for wholesaling & flipping property. This is Enrollment Sales for Real Estate Seminars. Sales for coaching and earning through Real Estate Seminars. Have worn all hats from booking the hotels, selling the weekend trainings, confirming and collecting the balances due. Have been the “finance director” for the past 5 years to discuss the financing needed and collect.

2003-2009 Loan Officer, Call Center Manager, Loan Modification Sales and Trainer. My responsibilities were to handle all aspects of clients from loan origination, loan Modification, credit consultations for debt settlement, student loans, sales, and sales training.

2000-2003Online Asset Exchange; Vertical Market General Manager for Lee Iacocca. OAE purchased Coast-to-Coast and me. Responsible for launching 3 Vertical Equipment Markets: Medical, Construction, and Transportation and was responsible for training and hiring.

1989-2000Coast-to-Coast Asset Remarketing; President.

Asset Resale. Started company to establish a marketing source for banks and lease companies to recoup monetary assets from leased equipment.

1983-1989 Challenge Systems, Inc., Director of Sales & Marketing. Responsible for all marketing and sales of “Nothing Down”seminars. Trained and supervised 50+ telesellers and assistants. Sales went from 200k/mo to $1 Million/mo. within 9 months. Also integrated Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”.

Stephen R. Covey & Associates, Associate/Facilitator Trainer. Partnered with SDSU in offering leadership training and executive

development programs for large companies in San Diego. Was

trained by Stephen R. Covey to train his “7 Habits”.

1979-1983 Sweetwater Properties, Inc.; Project Director, Jackson Hole, WY.

Implementation of business plan to open new construction site of resort condominiums. Start-up project which included overseeing construction, staffing, training, marketing and project supervision.
