• Prepare the monthly requisition of items required in the accommodation

• Responsible for the check in / check out facilities for the occupants (arrivals, transfers and leave out)

• Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of each assigned areas. Room to room inspection is required at least once a month.

• Weekly and monthly reports are required to submit. Make sure the complete and correct information are properly recorded and updated.

• House rules and accommodation rules must be strictly observed at all times, otherwise. Automatic violation will be implemented promptly.

• Responsible to review the stay out forms, log books, and incident reports before you submit to the ladies accommodation in-charge

• Responsible for the maintenance reports within the assigned areas and to be coordinated to the ladies accommodation in-charge.

• Prepare the monthly inventory of all AMWAJ properties within the assigned areas.

• Should coordinate with the security with regards of timings of the ladies coming in and out of the accommodation.
