Responsible for working closely with the end client on various construction and civil engineering programmers, creating detailed plans, monitoring/updating progress, critical path analysis, work executing, etc.

Responsibilities

Identifying client requirements as per technical documents provided by reviewing customer drawings, BOQs, plans and specifications in order to prepare detailed technical proposals for them.

Liaise with subcontractors, surveyors and site supervisors/foremen to make sure that works are carried out in time and smoothly on site.

Attend regular meetings with owner/client/ contractors/sub-contractors on the project related matter.

Quantity Surveying by Auto Cad and by actual measurement when required to crosscheck with the client in the site. Taking approvals of the measurement/quantity from the client.

Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat.

Works with the Service providers to define workable civil engineering solutions as required for the maintenance/construction/rehabilitation.

Manage and direct the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.

Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
