• Championed leading the team in carrying out construction of internal drywall, acoustical ceilings, external metal framing, sheathing, architectural cladding for the Hospital and Medical pavilion as Assistant Project Manager.

• Demonstrated benefits of alternative fire caulking system (TTS) to the OAE (Owner, Architect, Engineer) by value engineering, saving up to 45% of the initial fire caulking budget. Suggested use of prefab panels on a section of exterior skin giving additional float in schedule, cutting down equipment and labor costs.
