California Woodworking, Inc. 20-20 Designer, Project Management Established company servicing a commercial clientele breaking into the residential market. One of my noteworthy projects is the first Malibu home rebuilt after the Woolsey fire, featured on TV. Duties include Measure of Architectural Drawings, Space Planning, 20-20 Design with Renderings, Material Selections, Closing of Sale and Project Management. Worked mostly with KraftMaid, Ultracraft, Starmark, and Urban Effects in this role. 2015/03 – 2017/10 Sales Specialist, Flooring and Millwork Heppner Hardwoods Introduction of brand to 50+ major Architect and Design firms, conducting presentations for CEU credits, resulting in product specifications for several large hotel projects nationally. Promoting brand to exclusive construction companies, working closely with project managers and owner’s reps and architects to develop custom finish samples, winning prestigious projects such as the Refugio Ranch project by Bob Easton Architect.

Golden State Flooring Launching the Portofino line of wood flooring to Southern California and the Central Coast. Quota exceeded in less than three months by signing on 50+ dealers. Program was cut by new owner before display racks were delivered.

2011/02 – 2013/11 Business Consultant, Sales, Marketing Patina Old World Flooring After co-owning Patina Old World Flooring for 15 years, a startup, we sold the Brand we built. Staying onboard with the new owner, I played an integral role in relaunching the Brand after the recession, increasing sales from zero to several Millions in less than two years. Projects I won includes a 6,000 sq. ft. intricate parquet, custom made from book-matched riftsawn white oak for a high-profile client in the Bay Area, 15,000 sq ft. of select grade walnut for a Phoenix Investment Bank specified by Gensler.
