Mechanical Specialist Technician, Mars Wrigley Confectionery - November 2013 to May 2020. Responsibilities

● Record all maintenance data and also updating the TPM (total productive maintenance) board regularly.

● Troubleshoot and respond to breakdowns and resolving them immediately.

● Trained in autonomous maintenance in Cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of all machines and their records and any other assignment as per AM regulations.

● Track of MTTR (mean time to repair) and MTBF (mean time before failure) for all equipment in my work center.

● Responsible for machine safety and any improvement done on the equipment.
