• Regularly inspect the facility to confirm the efficient operation of all systems.

• Execute planned preventive maintenance [PPM] of MEP equipment as per annual plan.

• Plan reactive maintenance activities and ensure that work is completed professionally.

• Guide technicians in chiller [SKM, Carrier, York], packaged, split AC units, AHU, FCU troubleshooting and reciprocating compressor overhauling works.

• Deploy team to site as per operational requirement.

• Maintain inventory and arrange spare parts as required on site from store/market.

• Ensure callouts are attended on time and the complaints are resolved within minimum time.

• Prepare and submit service or work completion reports.

• Recommend any changes to improve the existing facility. 2
