When I was brought on board, I revamped the HR Department which had been generally been engulfed by the accounting department.

In my first year of engagement, I reduced the labour turnover by over half of the year on year percentage figure.

I created a comprehensive time and attendance Management system pending automation of the system; and that system is still the backup that is used when the automation is temporally down.

The manual attendance register helped smoothen the Leave Management and reports/ statistics for decision making.

I also achieved legal compliance in terms of labour tax laws, social security contributions as a result, it reduced litigations from former employees.

As an all-rounder HR Practitioner, I managed to negotiate for the introduction of automated systems in the department; this meant doing away with manual systems on payroll administration, time and attendance, leave management, bonus computations, reports, fixed contracts termination, bio information of the employees etc.

I achieved a robust 3 years of being an all-rounder personnel from Accounting, HR, and Procurement.

In the same years, I introduced new training materials for new joiners and prepared documentations that made orientation easier to conduct.
