Duties And Responsibilites
● Assisted site Supervisors, Foremen in conducting daily tool box talks
● Discussed the previous day safety issues and violations with the workforce and management at
daily tool box talks
● Done the counseling of workers
● Prepared daily TBT forms and checklists
● Inspected all power tools, hand tools, lifting accessories and PPE’s before work startup on daily
basis
● Participated in annual emergency drill and performed the emergency role statement
● Inspected fire extinguishers in vicinity on weekly basis
● Checked permit to work according to activity if in compliance or non-compliance
● Prepared observation reports, risk assessments, and violation cards
● Took part in preparation of JHAs
● Provide training of basic first aid, emergency evacuation, fire safety and usage of fire extinguisher
in case of emergency
● Inspected the scaffoldings and modifications in scaffoldings
● Attended safety meetings and safety talks to improve the safety culture and standards on site
● Ensured the best standards of housekeeping are followed on site
● Ensured that all material on site should be adequately stored
● Reported on site safety progress and safety issues to HSE manager
