DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide in-service Fire Safety Training to employees using power point slides

and using portable Fire Extinguishers for practical demonstration.

• Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.

• Toolbox Meting Report and maintain contractor Safety Filing System.

• Conduct quarterly Loss Prevention inspection and concentrating efforts on fire

safety. Electrical hazards and fire protection etc.

• Taking the disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.

• Provide in-house fire safety training to company employees based on power

• Point slides.

• Checking hot work permit, Confined space entry permit. Elevated work permit,

• Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors.

• Preparing plans for shutdown and Duty in time of “HOT” jobs.

• Orientation programmed, fall protection program & Confined space entry.

• Make daily reports and submit to immediate supervisor.
