JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Record the flow rate in all areas & monitoring the level of all storage tanks.

Maintain the chemical dosing for FeCl3, Polymer, Anti-scalene.

Systematically monitor and record different process parameters such as PH, chlorine, turbidity etc. and report to the process controller.

Arrange for all require laboratory analysis and test of the final effluent passing through the plant as to maintain proper efficiency in operation.

Treatment and disposal of statutory quality standard products. Worked on Activated Sludge Process, Anaerobic digester, Sludge conditioning and Centrifuge plant

(22m3/hr).

I have controlled forty x disk filter 10 micron
