Technically involve in contracting of new Project with designer and coordinate with Plant management.

Performing all clarifications for contracts meeting and coordinating with the project department and smooth functioning of the project.

Review process engineering design, Material and energy balances, detailed equipment design, and supporting documentations for new and existing processes.

Review engineering design review and control scope/cost related items/design optimization.

Maintaining the project and coordinating with other teams in drafting the projects and the budget.

Procurement of Vendor Items (i.e. Preparations of Inquiries, quote review, vendor quotes status & techno commercial comparison).

Possesses Knowledge on both Supply and EPC proposals and preparation and review of Bid Documents

Responsible for managing the new development and scale-up of product processing solutions in a commercial manufacturing environment.

Liaison with Plant Power house management for Boiler operations and Ensuring Steam and Coal quality for smooth process steam requirements.

Liaison with Director Technical for any new assignment related to plant expansion, modernization etc.

Assist Director Technical in preparing the feasibility reports for any new technical development.

Interact with industrial organizations and large customers, providing technical services

Responsible to source consultants or vendors/manufacturers for services or material requirement at plant related to technical projects.

Import of Technical Tailored Spare Parts of Running Plants Equipment.

Responsible to prepare contracts after approval of quotation.

Coordinate with foreign Chinese principal for product specifications, applications, and technical support, etc.

Keep strong coordination with consultants or vendors/manufacturers and support plant operations by getting after delivery services.
