• Remove and re installation of LRUs from the avionic bay 80Vu and 90Vu

Role & Responsibility : -

• RT Films interpretation.

• Prepare Inspection & Test reports documents of – Hydro test, Pneumatic test Radiography report, Dimensions reports, Final dimension report, Test certificates, BOM, etc.

• Fulfillment of monthly production target by making monthly production planning and coordinating with managing director.

• Coordinate with MD for fabrication on shop floor as per PPS (production process sheet) & DFS (Daily fabrication schedule).

• Monitor In- Process Inspection and take actions to reduce internal rejection.

• Capturing requirements on welding consumables and prepare technical ordering specification.

• Monitor availability of consumables in order to ensure minimum inventory levels.

• Develop, monitor, and update quality welding processes/systems, control products, in order to ensure compliance with company standards and statutory regulations.

• Raw material inspection, controlling & monitoring inspection of Raw materials and interacting with vendors on quality aspects.

• Monitoring / Witnessing all Welding, Fabrication & Erection related activities as per drawings and client approved Inspection Test Plans/Quality procedures.

• Inspection of incoming materials and reviewing test certificates as per code.

• Planning & arrangement of resources, material (Raw material, Attachments) to meet the weekly & monthly targets of production on shop floor.

• Responsible for in process inspection of welding operations of GMAW.

• Qualification of welder/welding operaters as per standards or as per client requirement.

• To effectively control and manage the shop welding activities at welding station assign by performing inspection at fitup stage,during welding by checking parameter like weld consumable, gas flow,pre heat temperature,inter weld pass temperature and weld visual examination after welding.

• To ensure the heat treatment (PWHT and PWHB) activity and shop floor is being done as per approved applicable procedures.

• To do the well visual of welded joints as per drawing and applicable standards.

• Maintaining the minimum stock label for the consumables to ensure the inventory with in minimum limit.

• To estimate and plan for procurement of the required welding consumables in different projects as per requirement.
