Description: It is Data recorder system installation consist of Structural Tray installed in a Fighter Aircraft. The inertial load at the installation station in terms of g is taken and converted into force from known mass of above LRUS's. The calculated load is applied at Centre of Gravity point of the corresponding LRU and is transferred through RBE3 elements.
“INSTALLATION OF COLD AIR UNIT IN FIGHTER AIRCRAFT”
Description: Cold air unit design taken from CATIA V5. This model is used for refrigeration system meshed and analysed using ANSYS. Fastener points are constrained with the aid of rigid multi-body constraints (RBE2). Loads are taken from global aircraft model. FEM failure analysis is compared with experimental result.
