Project Title : Vetting System

Project Description:

Vetting is the evaluation of the potential risks such as the ship's structural integrity, competence of owners, managers and crew, past casualties, and incidents. It is a grading system of a ship, enabling a potential charterer to compare between similar ships and choose the best for his needs to maximize efficiency. This application manage SIRE, NON-SIRE & CDI Inspections for their planning and recording of Inspection Observations with flow for follow-up and approval, helping marine manager in taking decisions. With the help of this new system Vetting Inspection reporting process is digitalized and now it took less than 2 mins to enter a report in that system than 1 hr earlier in old system.

Project Title : Environmental Compliance System

Project Description:

Requirement was to create a system for the Environmental Compliance department to manage their internal and Third-Party audits, workflow was required so that a defect recorded in the system should go to some defined levels for analysis and approval process. This system is capable to list overdue items to users in an effective manner and provides feature to users to directly export audit reports data in PDF format to share it with external authorities.

Project Title : Audits/Inspections Tracker

Project Description:

This complete Product contains different modules i.e., Audit Tracker (Internal Inspections/External Inspections/Port state inspections) & Report Tracker. Audit Tracker is an application for maintaining data for different type of Audit Reports, this application is Role based that starts with Audit Initiator and ends with Audit Approver. Audit pdf report with CAP and CAR can be directly exported from the system to share with third parties. Report Tracker is an analysis module, it analysis Audit/Ship Shore Reports data for different type of reporting needs. It also contains separate reports for Monthly and Quarterly Reporting. It is dynamic in nature and it’s easy to create and attach a new report in this system.

Project Title : Vessel Information Portal

Project Description:

Requirement was to create a centralized customized inhouse Vessel Information Portal that should work as a center of information for all other applications seeking updated vessel information. It was required to be compatible on portable devices so that information in it can be accessed anytime. It stores overall information related to a vessels i.e Vessel Details, Responsibilities, Contact, Contract & vessels current location. This project was created as a base for the Enterprise Portal to provide required information for the reporting.
