IBM Client Center is a state-of-the-art facility created to showcase innovative technology to their clients. As the Center Admin Executive and Coordinator, My responsibilities were to work with the Center Manager on the Operation aspects of the center working and collaborate with the other center team members on the client visits.

Admin Executive Responsibilities

Assist and provide administrative support to the Client Center Manager

Responsible for day to day operations of Department.

Preparing the center dashboard, reports

Compile the monthly, quarterly, yearly utilization reports between Delhi & Mumbai centers.

Center Client Event Coordinator Responsibilities

Managing the center calendar and blocking the relevant rooms for the various client visits.

Coordinating with Facility Management team to ensure the facility staff maintain the premise as per IBM standards.

Coordinating large format events and multi-client workshops (logistics, security, F&B)

Negotiate prices with IBM vendors who provide services to the center.

Arrange the Travel bookings, Hotel Bookings and co-ordinate with Travel help desk.
