● This project involved development of a new gateway in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The project worth was AED 6.4 billion, residential project consisting of structural, infrastructural and Landscape works.
● Site area covered 133,000m2, 7 Precincts containing a mix of 12 storey buildings, townhouses and villas
● 320,000m3 of concrete, 40,000 tonnes of reinforcement; productivity per week was 5,000m3
● The piling work consisted of 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and 1500mm of casing types of total 1,542 piles installed by Swissboring
● Use of precast twin wall for construction of retaining wall, precast concrete plank and beam system for all the ground floor slabs, Doka Jumping System for 28 lift cores, prefabricated concrete encased steel shell stair system
(Stairmaster - first time in UAE) and post tensioned slab done by VSL
● All apartment partitions walls were self delivered by using Hebel Acoustic wall system, external walls are self delivered using solid blocks. All bathrooms were done by Modular pods, a preassembled bathrooms coming from the factory, erected by using cranes, hoists and skates
● Screed and Tiling was done by Deemah stone, dry wall lining and ceiling by Cloisall, MEP jobs by BK Gulf, bathroom connections by AMP, lifts by Otis, painting by Roseville, external scaffolding by Al Laith, glazing by Yuanda, EIFS cladding by Belhasa and roof waterproofing by Sika

Description: The project was concerned with the construction of a 7.3m carriageway from the existing Jebel Hafeet road to the existing reservoir, restaurant and Landscaping works. Two 4m wide footbridges were constructed providing access across the existing wadi. The total length of the carriageway was 2.2km with two roundabouts, parking areas for the restaurant and two parking areas at the reservoir. Project Worth: AED 65 Million
Project Title: Internal Roads in Different Areas of Al Ain Stage – 14 Client: Al Ain Municipality
Description: The project encompassed 70 different areas including upgradation of 8km of desert road between two existing roundabouts to dual 3-lane carriageway standard and a 650m runway including two helipads for a private airport in Al Ain. Project Worth: AED 110 Million
