PROFFESSIONAL HISTORY

From 2003 to 2008 I was in sole charge of an elderly gentleman. My key duties were to get him up in the morning & help to shower or wash & shave him take care of any medical needs. Cook & serve his breakfast. Clean his room living space cook & serve lunch. If there were any hospital or doctor appointments, I assisted my client and would travel with him to those appointments. Helped him get ready for bed. Due out the day I would administer his medication change dressing and any personal care that was needed.

From the 2011-June-11 to 2015-May-01 I worked in Qatar as a Housekeeper & also looked after my client after surgery. Helping her shower personal care & taking her out in the wheel chair. I also assisted her with medical care, changing dressing. I worked in UK from 2015-May-02 to 2019-August-22 with my Same employer, and took care of her needs after a major back operation. I would help her shower changing of dressing and help her get dressed as well as any help that was needed during her 6 month recover.

After I went back to Sri Lanka 2019-October I cared my new Client. My role was to take care of her Personal care as with helping her with dressing. And also helped with crafts things, taking to hospital and shopping appointment, Playing board games etc. I looked after my client until she went to live with her daughter.

I can supply references from my clients or patients in Sri Lanka and the UK. And also personal references from the UK from people I know and worked with during my time there.
