Financial, Human Resource, and Operational Management

• Reviews resumes and conducts formal interviews for all positions.

• eClinicalWorks software administrator – monitors and manages scheduling, patient portals, and billing

• Directly oversees billing department in order to provide guidance and management regarding patient payments,

• balances, and collections.

• Performs all daily charge entry, including CPT and ICD-9 coding.

• Provides professional patient therapy and counseling in psychiatric-care setting.

Practice Management

• Work with Clinical Lead on staffing assignments and alignments – time-off requests will be sent to the PM via ADP.

• Ensure clinical staff meetings and huddles are being performed successfully

• Develop strong relationships with staff and leverage relationships to assist staff with understanding and interpreting organizational and clinical changes positively

• Complete annual and mid-year employee evaluations for clinical staff, as directed

• In conjunction with Talent Acquisition, lead the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for clinical positions

• Proactive involvement in employee mentoring, coaching, and discipline

• Responsible for performance against practice budget

• Responsible for open/pending encounters

• Responsible for bi-weekly completion of clinical employee payroll

• Assist the provider in the delivery of patient care, works with the provider to resolve all emergent patient or clinical issues in a timely manner

• Monitor the patient flow to identify gaps and partner with nursing leadership to address appropriately

• Work with the Clinical Lead to ensure the practice is compliant on Q90, AWVs, quality measures, and med sync opportunities

Clinical Lead

• Receive and understand direction on clinical processes and competencies from clinical operations leadership and disseminate updates and new protocols to staff

• Collaborate with Practice Manager on clinical staffing assignments and alignment

• Administer vaccinations to patients according to administration guidelines

• Work in the clinic in the event coverage is needed

• Monitor supply and order all pharmaceuticals and immunizations

• Conduct temperature logs, AED management, and supply expiration management

• Communicate organizational and clinical changes to staff in a positive manner and champion support of all changes

• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for clinical positions in collaboration with the Practice Manager
