Working with EDMS Software SPINNAKER & DOC Plant Server the new version of SPINNKER Loader & Technical Registering outgoing/incoming printed documents.
Receives, enters and logs information into project management software. Assigns document control number, date stamp, and file code assignment as necessary.
Orders and updates documents.
Receiving all Documents / Drawing from Contracts.
Assists in the maintenance of logs and reports.
Backup for distribution of daily internal/external packages sends and distributes faxes/scans as required.
