Prepare and Enter the Data in the Aconex System.

Working with EDMS Software SPINNAKER & DOC Plant Server the new version of SPINNKER Loader & Technical Registering outgoing/incoming printed documents.

Receives, enters and logs information into project management software. Assigns document control number, date stamp, and file code assignment as necessary.

Orders and updates documents.

Receiving all Documents / Drawing from Contracts.

Assists in the maintenance of logs and reports.

Backup for distribution of daily internal/external packages sends and distributes faxes/scans as required.

Proactively maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records as requested.

Manual and electronic file management.

Review and tracking of invoices, petty cash requests and reimbursements.

Procedural compliance review of documents submitted for signature.

Documentation and retention of information.

Coordination of units and segments for weekly report.

Prepare analytical Spreadsheets in Excel.

Auditing.

Sending of Drawing Transmittals and Submittals.

Processing all incoming and outgoing Suppliers

Document and send them to the Suppliers through Document Transmittal.
