The Ice making machine produce a specified quantity of ice cube by dispensingwater into ice cube cavities in the evaporator

which is coupled with cooling coils in

refrigeration system. system takes > to 8 mins to complete each cycle. To achieve this result a special additive is used known as ethylene glycol which has its properties to hold deep cool temperature

without changing its fom.
