Corporate Senior Facilities Project Manager (2015-2019)

• Led the FEED for a cyclic gas injection Enhance Oil Recovery pilot. The FEED included specifying and quoting compression and long lead items.

• Developed and executed plans with commercial and operation groups to shutdown the Fain gas plant and send gas to a 3rd party gas plant. The repurpose utilized existing compression and added treating systems. The project was engineered to transform the operation without any shutdowns, allowing systems to be commissioned and tested without risking production losses. The downstream 3rd party gas plant endured a fire shortly after the completion of the repurpose. Led efforts with commercial, operations, and 3rd party to reinstate several of the Fain gas plant systems and train operators to restart the gas plant within a month. The Fain gas plant continued to operate for over a year and saved the production of the entire West Panhandle field while the 3rd party gas plant was rebuilt. A colleague in operations and I received the highest personal award from Pioneer for these efforts.

• Implemented the Incident Command System in response to a compressor fire at the Fain gas plant. Worked with Operations to reconfigure compression and restart the plant within 3 weeks. PIONEER NATURAL RESOURCES, CONTINUED

• Evaluated Gathering and Processing Options for the Barnett Combo Asset. Requested and evaluated unbundled services for compression, treating, and processing from Midstream Companies. Resulted in entering term agreement with Midstream Company to provide services.

• Developed Gathering Plan for Barnett Combo Asset and supported Data Room for Investors and Midstream Companies. Supported the development of Joint Venture Agreements for Midstream Partner. Managed the execution of the initial Midstream infrastructure.

• Initiated the Oil Pipeline Pumps Project for the Eagle Ford Asset.

• Conducted FEED Study of Rail Terminal to evaluate transportation options for production from the Permian Basin. Evaluated Rail Terminal Options for transportation of Eagle Ford Production. Senior Staff Facilities Engineer (2007-2011)

• Developed Upstream and Midstream Plan to exploit 300k acres of Eagle Ford Shale. Supported Data Room for Upstream Joint Venture to evaluate Upstream Asset independent of Midstream requirements. Resulted in Joint Venture Partner in Upstream and Midstream. Managed the execution of initial Upstream and Midstream infrastructure. Supported creation of Midstream Company. Midstream Company was monetized 5 years later for $2.15 billion.

• Managed the design, procurement, and installation of an amine system for treatment of natural gas condensate. Project was executed in less than 3 months from AFE to startup.

• Evaluated the pipeline failures on a rural water system in Montana. Developed improvements and procedures to operate the pipeline and prevent pressure surges.

• Facility design reviews of the Cosmopolitan Project for land-based oil production on the Cook Inlet, AK.

• Developed facility plans for the production treatment needs in the South Texas Edward Trend.

• Supported design, procurement, installation, and startup activities of production facilities for the Jenein Nord Concession in Tunisia.

• Managed a gas pipeline, compression station, and processing plant development study for South Tunisia gas production.
