Previous Work Experience:

I was working as a “Sales Executive cum Store In charge” at N.M Furniture Company Gujrat Pakistan. Duration (27th September 2020 to 16th September 2021.

U.A.E work Experience:

I have 2 years and 4 months’ work experience in Govt. prestigious organization (IT Department) at (Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority) SEWA (U.A.E) as a Business Support Officer and IT Store In charge.

(Duration 16th October 2017 to 18th February 2020).

Responsibilities as I.T Store in charge:

I have also experience to manage the IT store. As a store in charge, I have managed all the IT assets, P.O’s, Purchase requisitions, and purchase inquires in Oracle Software. As an IT store in charge the following responsibilities are as given bellow,

1.To feed the Purchase Requisitions in Oracle software and get the auto generated requisition number.

2.To manage IT assets in the store like computers, printers and other accessories.

3.To sort out the Purchase order and manage them in excel sheet and manual as well.

4.To arranging the documents like company’s quotations, delivery notes and gate passes and manage them in the computer and manually.

5.To calculate the store inventory\stock at the end of the month, and do necessary action.

6.To manage the issuance of assets to the new employees and printing the bar codes for each new asset.

7.To manage the records of issuing and receiving assets date and time wise.

8.To receiving the purchase invoices from the parties, and coordinate with Accounts Dept.

9.Attaching relative P.O’s and delivery notes with the purchase invoices and send to Accounts.

10.To keep store neat and clean.

Responsibilities as a Business Support Officer:

1.To manage the Project meeting schedules.

2.To prepare the expense sheet and budget sheet (Month wise).

3.To prepare the MOM (Minutes of Meeting) regarding IT projects.

4.To updating Project Tracker report at the end of the month.

5.To prepare the presentation regarding project management status.

6.To manage all the project related documents in excel sheets.

7.To preparing the IT council presentation for the project manager.

8.To make the coordination between top management and middle management.

9.To make the relationship among all the relevant documents by making hyperlink file.

10.To preparing quarterly fortnightly report for IT projects.

Responsibilities as a Document Controller.

As a document controller I have experience to manage the office documents in both ways like inside the computer and manually.

Moreover, user can take the different reports for decision making.

Initiatives and Achievements:

i.Designing HTML web pages:

I have designed the web pages in HTML language during my job in “Faruki Pulp Mills” Gujrat in year 2012. The software was fully designed for the purpose of current reports and scenario of every department. It was also showed a true picture for each department’s data.

ii.Published a Computer Science Book for the students

When I was Lecture, I have written a computer science book for the students. The material of this book consists on basic knowledge.

Appreciation Certificates and Awards:

SEWA awarded me the “Bravo Certificate” on my extra ordinary performance work in excels, in which I linked all the project documents in a “Project Menu” on 1 page by making hyperlink files.

I was invited by the H.E Chairman SEWA on “Ideas Generation Session Breakfast” in which I have suggested him 2 new ideas regarding 2020 goals.
