• Shares over arching responsibility with operations manager to develop "Zero injury" workforce, maximize production and optimize costs.
• Provided direction to shift supervisors (6), maintenance crews (10), plant operators (30- 15 on days/15 on nights), and warehouse personnel (6).
• Directly Supervised crew of 30 operators (15 on Days/15 on nights) and 4 supervisors.
• Led efforts to resolve production impacting breakdowns, mechanical or process problems.
