● Read blueprints, templates, schematics, and other drawings to correctly lay out pieces
● Layed out reference points onto the material and form blocks
● Bolted and clamped fixtures and forming bars to form block to outline contour
● Lifted, positioned, aligned and clamped or bolted work piece
● Straightened out warped or bumps by hammering against face block
● Chiped, trimed and grinded edges to specified contour
● Verified size of work piece using various measuring tools
● Used pneumatic tools such as angle grinders, sanders, vibratory pencils etc.
● Polished and deburred parts
