Used the milling machine to heat up and melt down plastic compounds for testing, using a hand press to test a durometer plaque for hardness and tensile strength.

Mix colors for new orders

Supervised 6 production workers to make sure the correct raw materials are used for new orders. Oversaw employees to make sure the process sheets are followed and the machines are running correctly. This reduced scrap by at least 60%.
