CSR, Continuum Global Solutions — May 2020- March 2021

At Home (Remote): as a Customer Service Representative, I would timely set up all my apps; prior to my shift starting. First, I would clock in to Kronos, and set up the IP Communicator, then my evaluation chart for percentages of various categories, next: I would sign in to ACSS for all the customer accounts to function and flow, per phone call which were designated by my WorkHub. I would make sure that my CISCO Jabbar which was assigned to me, for communication with my supervisor and staff was up and running; alone with WebEx. When necessary the Robo Assistance was available for resources and information to obtain a better customer obsessed resolution. Alone with other resources to be accessed for research per customer’s accounts. Billing was a great deal of accessing and briefing each customers, pertaining to their account/s. Sold phones and accessories to the customers. Assisted with troubleshooting as a first level tier-tech. Depending on the troubleshooting needs would dictate to me for the customer’s resolution to further advance them to tier-tech 2 support. Handles virtual remote cell phone access with the request of the customer’s acceptance to further assist with any troubleshooting and orders. Helped with Insurance needs and retention through educating the customers inquiries for Asurion’s Insurance processing of the customer rights to obtain, their insurance claims. Fraudulent acts were also a big retention to be resolved; through due processing of protocols. As well as Power of Attorney for relatives to access family members, accounts through loss of love ones, hospitalization, etc.

CSR/Cashier/Food Preps, Wendy’s Hamburgers — August 2019- May 2020

On Drive Through at the first window I would collect: Cash, Credit, Debit Cards and Coupons as well as any other promotional items, including Senior Citizen discounts to be obtained for the customers to receive their purchased meals. During COVID 19, gloves, hand sanitizers and masks were required to keep with the regulations. Help prepped foods for the crew, when emergencies arose, and maintained cleaning assignments and evacuated debris. I was often the most requested Cashier, preferred by majority of the customer’s requests.

Multi-District Substitute Teacher, Muncie’s Community Schools— October 2019-January 2020

I would select or pick out my assignments online. I had to be punctual in order to perform attendance, first thing in the mornings. I would make sure the the teachers curriculum was followed per their request, and begin to execute and demand the students to get their work done in a timely fashion; to be turned in before or by the end of the period. Sometimes, my assignments varied from day to day, and if I was favored enough, I could end up with a week or two week long assignment. My classroom situations were managed with a strong reinforcement to keep up with the demands of the teachers request. Any challenging behaviors, I would write up the students.
