Responsibilities.

Compile weekly and monthly security reports, Client Satisfaction reports and Client Scorecards. Weekly video conference (VC) meetings with Head Office. Responsible for compilation of charged sheets for disciplinary hearings. Attending disciplinary hearings. Attending CCMA cases. Investigations such as theft, burglary, internal investigations against guards and so on. Monthly meetings with clients. Ensuring contractual requirements met as stipulated by clients. Evaluation of evolving threats. Apply pro-active measuring to prevent such criminal activities. Attend meetings with guards and communicate with the guards if any communication is from head office to the guards. Good relation between company and clients.
