Scope: The project consists of Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management and Construction (EPCM) of the Central Processing Facility of a 12,000 BPCD In-Situ SAGD oil sands. Mech equipments, structural steel, Power transmission lines with Transformers, Civil works, Concrete, Piping, Instrumentation, Heat tracing and insulation, Piling, Building, HVAC. Same project estimated again after made changes in plot plan by value engineering. Kirby North Phase 1- CNRL 40,000BPCD CPF Class 3 Estimate. The Kirby North Phase 1 Project is one part of the overall Kirby Expansion Project. The facility design is based on the Kirby South CPF, incorporating integration aspects for the Kirby North Phase 2 and lessons learned from the Kirby South Project.
