Responsibilities – (a) Commissioning of HRSG and auxillaries which includes walk down, commissioning of all PCV, MOV, hydro testing of each separate module, purging, detergent flushing, maintaining water chemistry, chemical cleaning of separate module and restoration, sigma blowing, target blowing of separate module and restoration, start up of HRSG coordinating with gas turbine load, bypass operation of HRSG, HP, IP, LP, main steam line, drum safety valves pop up, troubleshooting of valves, strainers. All above with proper safety rules.

(b) Commissioning of BOP system i.e. Boiler feed pump, condensate system, hogging system, cooling system CCW, ACW, CPH system, deaerator chemical cleaning, DM water cleaning and operation with coordination of DCS etc.

(c) Commissioning and troubleshooting of DM plant, RO plant, ultrafilteration plant.

(d) Steam turbine auxillaries equipment commissioning i.e. Lube oil p/p, jacking oil p/p, emergency oil p/p, hydraulic p/p, accumulators filling by N2, lube oil flushing and restoration, steam turbine lift check up, centrifuge system, commissioning of generator seal oil system, generator purging by CO2 then filling by H2, troubleshooting.

(b) Commissioning and troubleshooting of desalination plant, DM plant, RO plant, ultra filtration plant, start up and operation till COD.

Tenure – October 2013 to September 2014 as commissioning engineer.
