Prepare detailed business requirement document (BRD), user stories, process flow, UML activity diagram, flow charts, use cases & share it with all stake holders & confirm the understanding is same for all & get final sign-off from client. Streamline the finalized requirements, create project backlog documents in such a way it’s easily understood by everyone & especially Development & QA team members.

Setup Kick-off meeting & describe project scope and expected output from each stake holders based on the WBS created.
