Senior Analyst (FRDMO), RBC April 2021-Current

• Currently in charge of the Design and Architecture of all BI, visualization and data analysis projects at FRDMO (Finance and Risk Data Management Office).

• A people manager with two analysts in my team reporting directly to me to develop and deliver analytics solutions and dashboards for various internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Creating process flow and architecture diagrams, SLAs, OLAs as well as engagement models between different teams and stakeholders are also part of my responsibilities.

• Worked as the Lead Data Quality Reporting Analyst for the US Data Office at RBC under the Group Risk Management and Capital Markets portfolio.

• Lead the Reporting Services team from day one of the regional US Data Office team to provide analytical and reporting solutions to the internal teams and US regulatory bodies.

• Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, preparing design documentation for review and approval before developing the reports were part of my daily responsibilities along with preparing the technical and process documentation after the stakeholder signoffs.
