Designed by a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, Peoplesoft Global ERP Program/Project Manager who has managed over 1 to 2 year projects with upwards to 40 global resources in both business and technical capacities on projects where collecting global intelligence for off/on-shore efforts was a normal and necessary function.

•Thousands of Processes Captured in all corporate HR and Finance area's, warehousing, risk management, Marketing Supply Chain, Publishing, Compensation, Information Technology, Purchasing, Transportation, and many more.

•Relate companies to Standardized APQC Taxonomy Models are utilized to ensure full scope of processes are defined.

•Web World is built and permits companies around the world to book on Selected employees Business Process Analysts controlled calendars in a pay as you go fashion. If you need HR Recruitment mapped you book one hour at a time until done. Most processes at a level 2 decomposition can be done in an hour, most processes at a level 3 decomposition can be accomplished in about 3-4 hours. If you have global subject matter experts you just forward the Zoom link with the scheduled meeting invite that is emailed to you upon booking.
