Resume:

F.S.S ENGINEER/PROGRAM MANAGER

Dear Hiring Committee:

Throughout my career, I have worked in various project-based environments where I repeatedly demonstrated the ability to plan and execute quality products and projects on time and within budget. Please accept the attached resume.

My experience includes 20 years of quality in various positions from supervisory/ quality engineering supplier quality and Manager at plant and corporate levels. Defining project scope, advancing projects through the feed concept, design and engineering phases and establishing new client relationships that lead to more revenue. I bring a proven record of multiple concurrent projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

While developing and maintaining project scope and schedules, knowing how to staff and when to have an influx of corporate staff or more hours supporting a “time critical launch”, coordinating the work of internal and external stakeholders, I bring experience in managing the full project life cycle in which a successful customer implementation is achieved.

Although the program I took wasn’t a 4 year degreed program I got the best training in injection molding that you could get in school, we spent 6 months at Engel learning everything about injection molding machines and die design. We were taught by a Doctorate of Polymer Chemistry from Baer Plastics of Germany the man developed the process for making CD’s for computers and the music industry.

My tool kit is comprised of leadership, accountability, collaboration, strategic planning, and analytical skills, and commitment to delivering quality output will undeniably lead to positive contributions. I would be pleased to review with you how I can contribute to your team. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Kent Gifford
