Position Title : Finance Manager.

Industry : Digital Printing/E Commerce

Work Description: Responsible for month end closing and timely preparation of monthly financial management reports,consolidated group accounts and annual statutory reports.

Ensuring the compliance of accounting policies and procedures and that internal controls and measures are in place.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents on all accounting and audit issues as well as ensure that the company complies with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirements.

Lead a team of five direct reports to effectively run accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management and financial reporting functions, report directly to the GFC,CEO and Group CEO. Handled GST and IRB field audits and DD audit .

2.Freelance accounting for small and medium sized companies based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

I reported directly to the Managing Director and had to supervise the overall operations of the company.
