Executive Summary:
Azelian is a mature, professional and very loyal employer as can be seen by her proven track record of working for only two companies during her career. She is fully bilingual and computer literate and comes with several courses such as Diversity Training, Customer Service Excellence, Firefighting, ISO training, and OHASA combined with her matric.
The last position she had was with Africa Skills Village which is a training centre (TVET) for artisans from bricklayer to electricians. During this time her responsibilities were numerous and included but not limited to acting as Public Relations Officer on site, ensuring the safety and security of the buildings, handling the consumables and office stationary, daily administration and handling of data processing, dealing with travel arranges, handling quotations, overseeing stock including procurement, trade test administration and daily office administration.
I have contacted one of the facilitators – Susan Eybers (082-***-****) to gain a bit more insight into Azelain. Susan described her as extremely competent, excellent worker and a very hard worker. She was the administrator for the Trade Testing, which is very high volume and requires accuracy, she is honest and extremely dedicated. Susan also advised that if she was able to employ Azelian she would employ her without any hesitation.
