Costing
oPerform standard product cost calculations for costing and budget revisions and maintain costing master data
oPerform transfer price calculations (adhoc and quarterly), establishing breakdown of price movements, trends and benchmarking
o Monthly cost analysis to support selling prices review process
oPrepare monthly factory cost of goods sold variances and consolidate reports
Tax Management
o Supervise the timely preparation, filing and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in accordance with all relevant regulations
o Supervision of Tax audits, health checks and conformance reviews by the Ghana Revenue Authority, internal and External auditors.
o Provide tax advisory to the business with support from the Company’s Tax consultant.

Financial Reporting
o Reporting of MIS with highlights on GC/Wastage/Labour Cost/FOH Analysis/Category Level MIS
o Assist in timely closure of books of accounts
o FOH control - Assist in circulation of departmental budgets and review of Fixed Overhead on Month-on-Month Basis
Account payable
o Managing Account payable to ensure data integrity and timely payments
o Liaise with contracts, procurement, and material management departments to carry out periodic and year end count and valuations of inventory in all warehouse and storerooms.
Account Receivable
o Debtor’s control - Weekly monitoring of Debtor Aging and update on Collection with report on 180+ days ageing

o Maintaining of Fixed Asset register with proper codification and identification of company assets
