I am an independent contractor for the State of Wyoming providing case management, respite, homemaker, child habilitation to name a few. I have a child that is a participant on the Medicaid waiver. She has a rare form of Epilepsy where she seizes hundreds of times a day, she has a feeding tube, and is Autistic as well. I have had to learn a lot due to her needs. I wouldn’t change a thing and look forward to continuing helping others in the community. I have provided care for many different children with many different needs and diagnosis.
My husband and I were foster parents from 1991-2013 when we stopped due to my husband becoming the Chief of Police in Rawlins. We served over 90+ children during these years and enjoyed watching them make milestones in their life’s. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to adopt one and have/had guardianship of four of these children.
