DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support technical service department in the maintenance and development of the building
Maintenance including plumbing, electrical (domestic, industrial), refrigeration and air conditioning
To carry out reactive and proactive maintenance to the property as instructed to ensure it is well maintained
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances
