The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the quality of works being delivered by the project team are as per project quality plan, procedure, TMS and instructions of customer. Key Responsibilities as Quality Engineer:

Worked for Hyderabad Metro in which CBTC Technology is used for running of Trains

Developing the project quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans and work instructions as needed.

Monitor implementation of the project quality management system through regular periodic audits and reviews.

Measure supplier quality assurance by inspecting Incoming material, vendor assessment, test reports, MIR’s etc.,

Establish and monitor KPIs to measure quality performance in installation works at regular stages.

Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.

Identify and manage risks that could impact quality objectives.

Prepare monthly quality report, DPR’s, Work activities planning etc.,

Prepare Quality Gates, Strict Implementation of Quality GL and inspect whether following the same.

Continuous improvement in QP, Plans and conducts project Audits, Assessment, reviews, and participate in Status Meetings.,

Ensure Implementation of (Improvement) measures

Promote quality awareness among project team members, Technicians and Engineers.

Manage and handle the effective storage of all incoming material at warehouse.

Execute Signalling Equipment SER, FEC Racks, Point machine, Signal Base, WRU, TT, Proximity plate as per Drawings.
