Prepare the annual HSE objectives and action plans, with HSE Managers, that cover all HSE related risks and that are in line with companies, regulatory and client’s minimum HSE requirements. Drives environmental compliance in accordance to the 4 core principles

- no harm, 100% quality, 100% reliability, employee engagement. Promote investigation of near misses, accidents and work- related injuries in order to identify the causes and to formulate proposals for the corrective actions.

Ensure the distribution and verification of collective and personal protection equipment, in compliance with current regulations and company procedures on the subject.

Ensure the implementation of the health surveillance for all personnel in cooperation with the Occupational Doctors.

Training of new employees on health and safety issues and to keep continuous trainings for employee; Training of subcontractor about the company's health and safety related regulations.

Preparing and circulating MOM of contractor Safety meeting, safety committee meets and opening and closing meeting to concern engineers, HOD to improve safety performance.

Coordinate with Purchasing Department to ensure proper supply of PPE at all times, while continuously reviewing appropriate PPE for the jobs. Identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectiveness. Implementation of operational systems & procedures to include: Permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, PPE System and other required training activities.

Safety inspection for lifting tools and tackles, scaffolds, hand tools, welding m/c, heavy equipment, gas cylinder storage, fire extinguisher, working at height etc.

Ensure proper compliance by all personnel to the established Safety, Health and Environment controls and regulations in order to minimize risk of human loss/disability.

Produce a comprehensive weekly/monthly report; Attend and contribute to the project HSE management reviews and HSE committee meetings.
