I have recently completed a three-year degree BA in Public Management and Governance at the University of Johannesburg. I believe the invaluable experience, knowledge, and skills that I have harnessed throughout my university makes me a suitable candidate for this role. In addition, I am a fast and diligent learner that will easily adapt to the challenging corporate environment. Being part of the Non-Organisation Profits called the Phahama Youth Movement Forum and the being part of Community Involvement at the University of Johannesburg gave me a good communication skill and how to deal or give solutions in under pressure, and how to be a good team leader, a team builder. I am highly organized and self-driven individual, passionate about qualifying as a professional government member, General Manager, Project manager or Human Resource Manager. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges presented to me in both Bachelor of Arts in Public Management and Governance as well as the Advanced in Municipal Governance. My interest in the field of government has been stimulated by my ability to engage with analytical concepts and to accomplish deadlines with relative ease. I consider myself to be highly ethical in my behaviour. I value teamwork and the need to foster strong relations with colleagues as well as clients. To be part of the solution of local government involvement and challenges in the communities of South Africa, I understand that it is important that improving the quality and efficiency of service delivery is what is needed. Helping the country to develop, build capable, efficient, open, inclusive, and accountable institutions that can support economic growth, reduce poverty is important. To gain experience in the field of government and other related field which seek to create a conducive environment to all people through community empowerment capacity building, social responsibility, innovation, creativity, and research.
