Vice President and CTO

Responsible for technology strategy for the Air T, Inc Holding Company, acting as CTO for all subsidiary businesses including SAAS development, airlines, manufacturing, and wealth management. Established new IT policies, developed a cyber security program to govern Air T, Inc and its subsidiary businesses, developed reporting capabilities and new operational processes. Partnered with our software subsidiary company to develop a cutting-edge ML/AI driven SAAS ERP product.

Developed a cyber security program for the organization, meeting all criteria of our partner Deloitte.

Implemented technology roadmap within Air T, Inc as well as our subsidiary businesses, by collaborating with leadership and business SMEs. This included HRIS, ERP, CRM and reporting solutions.

Lead technology team located in both Minneapolis, MN and Denver, NC, as well as various other remote locations.

Developed template and plan for a Business Risk Assessment/Register, conforming to auditor expectations and requirements.

Created new departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Served as member of Due Diligence team pertaining to acquisition and divestiture activities.
