Project Lead on the design and implementation of a voice picking system.

Identified and designed the “Ship with Replen” process with annual savings of 350k in transportation and material savings.

Lead Kaizen to explore and establish vendor compliance guide. Helped educate and train 300 vendors on new expectations.

Lean certification projects. Annual savings of 250k per annum.

Hosted Kaizen that resulted in a reduction of almost 1 million scans per year across all sites.

Established Wire reel boxing program saving of $8.50 per reel up charge and reducing outbound damage by 60%.

Established scanning and weight check on outbound shipments reducing inventory and weight errors.

Established “Picture Perfect” process taking pictures and attaching to outbound pallets. Coached all 9 D.C and 103 store managers on freight bill notation when picture didn’t match pallet.
