Job Profile: To Work as Engineering Managerial role as well as a “Lead Mechanical Design Engineer” (Rotating Equipment’s & PACKAGES), to lead multiple Projects & Proposal at a time, to manage more than 26 team mates/sub-ordinates & assist to Head of Engineering & Proposal Department to achieve the Department objective & target.

Responsibility & Nature of work:

1)Manage the day to day function of the Engineering Department for Project execution, Engineering assistance to Proposal team during EPC/LSTK BID For Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Projects which Company bid in Kazakhstan, Attending the pre-bid, post clarification meetings with Client, Project meetings with client, Lead engineering team for site visit for collection of engineering inputs, Lead a team of engineers & draughtsman for the timely execution of the Projects.

2)Engineering / Design of Rotating equipments & Packages like Gas Turbines (Solar, Rolls Royce make), Centrifugal Pumps (API & Non-API), High pressure multistage Pumps, Fire water pump package, WWTP (Waste water treatment plants), Refrigeration Packages (Trane, Mcquay Make), HAVC Packages, Water Injection Package, Oil water separator package, Gas Compressor package, Gas Engine, Diesel Engine, Blowers, Fans, EOT Cranes & Hoist Package etc.

3)Designing of HVAC System. (Heat load calculation, Air flow diagram preparation, HAVC P & ID preparation, Ducting design & Layout, AHU & Chiller layout, Chilled water & cooling water Piping design), Ventilation design.

4)Familiar with Fire Fighting System.

Nature of Work:

a)Handled Green field & Brown field EPC Projects for OIL & GAS (Upstream & Downstream), Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas terminals, Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industries.

Involved in all phases of the Project such as Feasibility & Conceptual study, FEED, Detail Engineering and Assistance during construction & Commissioning.

The work familiarity is P & ID Study, Preparation of mechanical data sheets, Preparation of Technical specifications & material requisition for the equipments, Technical evaluations of the Vendors offer, Technical bid analysis, Technical discussion with Vendors, Vendor drawing review, Preparation of P.O Specifications & final documentation for all Rotating equipment & Packages.

b)Co-ordination with different disciplines (Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Civil-Structural, Project planning, Inspection, Hookup & Commissioning, Coordination with the PMC & Client.

c)To Manage, Supervise & stick to Project deliverables schedule/milestone, To manage the teammates & sub-ordinates, guide & encourage them from time to time to achieve the Management objective & goal.

d)To participate in the PDMS Model review, Project HAZID, HAZOP study, RCFA, Project Risk analysis study, Construability review, Inspection & Site Visit, Pre-commissioning & commissioning assistance etc.

A) Working with “SICIM, KAZKHASTAN, Atyrau.

Sicim which is reputed EPC Company doing detailed engineering projects for Oil & Gas Off shore & On shore Project.

Nature of work:

1.Working in a Engineering department as a Lead Engineer - Rotating Equipment Engineer.

Major Projects Handling:

1.NCOC SWTP Sour water Treatment Plant): Worked as Lead engineer For NCOC SWTP Project. This project consists of Feed validation & detail engineering for SWTP Plant. Successfully done the FEED validation submit all the engineering documents as per the planned schedule & meet the Company objective within the allotted time & resources.

2.TCO-Tengiz Chevron Oil company WWTP (Waste water Treatment Plant): Working as Lead engineer for TCO WWTP Project. This project is an EPC BID for 4500 m3/day for WWTP Plant which consist of the development of Conceptual, Development of FEED, Feed validation & detail engineering for WWTP Plant & eventually to construct & commission the plant. The EPC bid work including conceptual & FEED development is going on at present.

B) Worked with “PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN, BHD, MALAYSIA.

Petronas Carigali (PCSB) which is reputed Oil & Gas operating Company engaged in Exploration & Production of Oil & Gas.

Period: “July 2013 to June 2016”

Nature of work:

1.Worked in a Engineering department (E & P) as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) - Rotating Equipment Engineer for OIL & Gas Projects in different phases such as Feasibility & Conceptual, Feed, Detailed engineering of Upstream Projects.

Major Projects Handled:

1.Bekok-C: Worked as SME (Subject Matter Expert) during detail engineering phase For Bekok-C offshore platform which has refurbished & upgraded to meet the new Gas demand. Successfully commissioned & introduce first hydrocarbon as per the planned schedule & meet the Company objective & production target.

2.ANGSI WFO: Worked as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in detail engineering phase for the ANGSI WFO Projects in which additional GTG of 3.5 MW (Rolls Royce RB501 KB7S), Water Injection system & pump package is installed on the existing platform for the Water flooding optimization to maintain the reservoir & optimize the production.

Successfully commissioned as per the planned schedule & meet the Company objective & production target.

3.BIG-P (Bintulu Integrated Gas) Project (FEED):

Worked as a SME (Subject matter expert) in the Conceptual study & FEED for BIG-P Project.

C) Worked with “M/s. Petrofac Engineering Services (RNZ), Malaysia.

2.M/S.Rabigh refinery project, Saudi Arabia: Worked as Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer for pre-bid & proposal engineering for Rabigh refinery project of Saudi Aramco. Handled all Rotating Equipments & HVAC Package, Fire-fighting system package.
