OMNIPACK INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION is the packaging arm of the REBISCO GROUP and is involved in the manufacturing of flexible plastic packages, rigid containers and rotogravure ink. The company was registered with the SEC on October 12, 1995 and started commercial operations in the 1997.
TASKS INCLUDES:
1.Setting up the printing machine, using printing cylinders prepared by photogravure engravers.
2.Clean inking system and oil the machine.
3.Lock the printing cylinder into position.
4.Fill the ink through and regulate the ink flow.
5.Thread the paper/ plastic through the machine guides and rollers.
6.Adjust the rollers and cutting mechanisms.
7.Set and adjust scraper blade to remove excess ink from the cylinder surface
8.Trial run to check legibility and printing uniformity.
9.Check the condition of impression rubber roller, cylinders, and all parameter before production run
10.Speed up to maximum speed then side cutting on printed to check and insure the strength of color.
11.I will check also the repeat length and across length by each outs
12.Every 30mins,Proper checking of viscosity to maintain the color and to avoid on any defects s like streak line and clogging,
13.If I have some adjustment on blades, rubber pressure, inks, we need to check our printing run by side cutting to insure of our printing quality
